As you can see This is a graph of my life. One thing that happened to me that i put on my life graph was that I broke a window to get into my own house. I rated that as a -1. I broke a window to get into my house because I forgot to put a house key into my backpack and the garage door opener wasn't working. I also had to go pee really bad. So, I walked around my house several times to try and find a opening into the house. I couldn't find anything. So I decided to get a board and smash it against the garage window on the side of my house. I found a giant board and hit the window. the first time nothing happened . So the second time I hit it harder. As soon as I hit the window it shattered. Now for the hard part. I had to crawl through the window and not get cut. It was really hard because I'm pretty big. As soon as I was through I ran inside and started playing video games. When my mom got home a couple hours later, she came in the house all freaked out. she asked me if I had heard something come through the window and I said no. I was feeling pretty smart because I made it look like the board had fallen through the window. I had actually got out of trouble my mom believed me. Later om a couple months later mom knew that i had broken the window. Luckily she wasn't mad because it happened so long ago.
This summer I went camping up in the Uinta Mountains in Utah. I went with my family and Grandma and Grandpa. They own a cabin up there. One thing we did up there was we went fishing at Whitney reservoir. it was really pretty up there. We had no luck fishing there so we went to a different lake called Beaver lake. I caught one fish there. Another thing we did up there was We did a lot of ATVing. We went on one really long ride to Lilly Lake were I caught one Rainbow Trout. The trail getting there was extremely bumpy. Sometimes I had to drive the ATV of huge rocks and boulders. We also had some really big fires. It took my cousin and I hours to haul all the wood down from where we cut a tree down. One shorter trip we took on the ATVs was one to river. when we got to the river we drove the ATV really fast through the water. I got soaking wet, but it was really fun. In my spare time up at the cabin I set up a shooting rage for my pellet gun. I put up a squirrel target and some cans to shoot at. that summer I got really good at shooting. We also brought up a bow an arrow to shoot at a bag. The problem was that I couldn't pull the string back very easily so I couldn't shoot it very well. Every summer I go up there and have lots of fun. I can't wait to go up next year.
This summer I started playing golf. At first I was horrible, I couldn't even hit the ball. I had my first lesson back in July this summer. My instructor was trying to help me hit the ball but I just couldn't do it. That same day I started driving the ball 200 yards!!! I was having trouble hitting it strait though. So at my local driving range I've been practicing my hit every weekend. Now I'm pretty consistent. so I decided to play my first game. It was a great game, it took only 4 or 5 hits on a 9 hole par 3 course, I was feeling great about my golf game. So the next weekend I played another golf game. I was feeling very confident that I was going to do great. Already on my first hole I hit the ball 9 times. On one hole I almost hit someone teeing off 200 yards away!!! After a horrible day of golf I felt very discouraged. My most recent golf was definitely my best. I had one par and I got my best score every. I seem to be improving every time I go now. One thing i=I need to work on the most is my putting. Putting is one of the hardest parts of golf. You have to able to tll wich way a ball will break on certain slopes. The long game of golf is impresive, but the short game wins games.
Early this September my grandpa and I went fishing. We were fishing for some pink salmon. After getting our fishing licenses we set out to go fishing at Bush Point. We got to the beach at 3:00 p.m. After about 20 casts I had a bite, my adrenaline started pumping I was reeling the fish in as fast as I could. When the fish came out of the water it was a small 7 inch long Saltwater Catfish. My grandpa let the Small Catfish of the hook. Early that same morning my grandpa and I were at the beach and saw a man on the dock catch a nice salmon off the dock. He caught it by the tail and had to let it go. A couple of minutes later My grandpa had a fish on his hook. He reeled the fish in and, it was a Catfish. It was very disappointing that day to go home without any fish. The next morning we were up early and looking forward to catching a big salmon. Again, after along day of fishing we came up empty handed. Our very last day of fishing was the day before school started. It was our last chance to catch a salmon. We were about ready to go when my grandpa felt a strong tug on the line. He reeled the fish in real. I was so happy to see a fish on the line . It turned out to be a Saltwater Catfish. A big one, but we let it go. Overall my grandpa and I fished for 11 hours. I was so discouraged. but this October i'm going salmon fishing again.
